Have you joined our "Gotta Move for 10 Minutes Daily" Facebook group yet?
We will post ideas on how to do it but, most of all, we will liberate ourselves from the guilt of not exercising long chunks of time every day. Blocks of 10 minutes are a great idea for busy women, both in or out of the house; and men alike.
